The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programme provides students with a holistic education that combines theoretical foundations, analytical skills, and practical applications. This interdisciplinary approach ensures that graduates are well-prepared to navigate complex business environments, adapt to industry trends, and excel in diverse career pathways within the business and administration sector. Students build a strong foundation in key business areas, including Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, Global Marketing, and Supply Chain Management. They also explore specialized topics like Data Analytics, Strategic Brand Management, and Service Marketing, which help them understand consumer behavior, branding, and digital transformation. Courses such as Principles of Logistics Management and Contemporary Issues in International Business prepare students to address real-world challenges in global business.
In the final year, the focus shifts to advanced strategic and managerial skills. Students learn about Global Business Strategy, Strategic Management, and Project Management, which are crucial for leadership roles. Courses like Fintech, Risk Management, and Technology Project Management introduce them to financial technology and risk assessment. Additionally, Entrepreneurial Behaviour & Skills, Social Entrepreneurship, and Entrepreneurship provide knowledge and tools for innovation and business creation.

Admission Eligibility Criteria
Who is eligible?
- A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM )with at least Grade C (GP 2.0) in any TWO subjects*; (or)
- A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with at least Grade Jayyid*; (or)
- Matriculation or Foundation with at least CGPA of 2.00; (or)
- A Diploma (Level 4, MQF) with at least CGPA of 2.00; (or)
- An Advanced Diploma (Level 5, MQF) with at least CGPA of 2.00; (or)
- A Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) / Diploma Vokasional Malaysia (DVM) subjected to MGNU’s Senate / Academic Board’s approval***; (or)
- A Diploma Lanjutan Kemahiran Malaysia (DLKM) subjected to MGNU Senate / Academic Board’s approval***; (or)
- Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government.
*Additional requirement:
A pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level or equivalent qualifications.
Note:
For (vi) & (vii): The MGNU Senate are to conduct screening and provide necessary guidance specific to the discipline of the programme.
Entry requirements for admission into the Bachelor’s programme (level 6, MQF) through APEL as approved by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE).
Applicants must be/have:
- A Malaysian citizen; and
- The candidate should be more than 21 years of age in the year of application;
- Relevant work experience / prior experiential learning; and
- Passed APEL A (Level 6) assessment for Bachelor’s level
English Requirement
All candidates whose first language is not English and who have not undertaken tertiary education in English must demonstrate competence in English through one of the following (or equivalent according to international recognition):
