Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) is a systematic process introduced by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) to recognise and validate learning gained through work experience, self-study, or other non-formal and informal means. APEL promotes lifelong learning and widens educational opportunities, particularly for matured learners.
