GlobalNxt University is a fully accredited Higher Education Institution, registered with the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), Malaysia, under Registration No. DU034(W), authorised to award its own degrees, certificates, and diplomas at undergraduate, postgraduate, and Doctoral levels.
Digital certificates are computer system-generated electronic evidence of academic awards and records, allowing us to publish through our portal without the need to print, providing students with instant access to full certificates and transcripts. Learners receive their certificates and transcripts electronically and securely in PDF format.
Digital Certificates are issued by default and without any extra cost. If required, students can also order paper-printed versions of certificates and transcripts; additional fees and courier costs will apply. Digital Certificates are available to all GlobalNxt University graduates awarded on or after 01 September 2025.
At GlobalNxt University, Digital Certificates are introduced to enable students to have easy access to evidence of academic records swiftly. It also helps reduce environmental footprint by accessing data online, removing the need for it to be printed and sent through the post.
Please scan the QR code at the bottom of the document you wish to verify using your smartphone camera. Digital Certificates are fully secure and can also be verified by visiting the Digital Certificate Verification Web Portal and manually entering the learner’s name and certificate authentication code from the bottom left corner of the digital document.
To maintain security and the integrity of the digital documents, a document is valid only if viewed at GlobalNxt Certificate Verification Page.
Students can securely share the document via a secure link to third parties for verification purposes.
